In the afternoon, car transfer or walking from your hotel for the City Hall, the main Theater, Dong Khoi Street, the main post office, and Notre Dame Church.
Enjoying a cup of Vietnamese coffee while seeing the busy life of Saigon.
Dinner on Bonsai cruise on Saigon River.

| Day 2: Cu Chi City Tour |

By road from your hotel to the Hoc Mon District to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, which is 70 kilometers North West of downtown Ho Chi Minh City. The Cu Chi Tunnels system was created around 1948 to assist Viet Minh in their combat with the French. Building continued over the next 25years until it was an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers. In places, it could house up to 10,000 people who virtually lived underground for years.... getting married, raising children. During the American War the entire area of Cu Chi was designated a free fire zone and was heavily bombarded. From 1988, two sections of tunnels have been opened up for visitors.
Return to Saigon for lunch.
In the afternoon, a half day city tour for the reunification palace, the war museum.
Overnight in Saigon.

| Day 3: Saigon cooking class |

Today, you will join a professional cooking class
8:30 – 9:30 AM: Market visit:
A market visit with our Chef to a colorful market and a blending of ingredients and spices will help tourists to understand more food in Vietnam, and how to choose the appropriate ones.
9:30 – 12: 00: Cooking class participated:
The participants will not have only to cook with all prepared food as usual, but they have also to work in team, to put their hands on preparation with Chef, to learn to make simple Vegetable Carving before they enjoy their cooking.
In a few hours, tourists will learn how to cook the traditional dishes, to recognize different ingredients, to master the chopstick, to eat in Vietnamese style and they enjoy what they have cooked.
Back to Hotel for refreshing.
Rest of the day is free at leisure.

| Day 4: Mekong one day |

After breakfast, drive to My Tho for Mekong Delta.
Take boat along the Phoenix island sight-seeing fish farms. Through Xếp canal in Bến Tre (land of coconuts) to See coconut collection set and how the locals make handicrafts from coconut trunk and shell. Enjoy seasonal fruits and listening to traditional music. Take the horse-cart on village path and stop at Mr Nam Ngô orchard, taste honey with tea or wine. See bees-breeding in wooden boxes under longans tree.
Take rowing-boat along water palm creek. Boat to see local people make coconut candy, taste candy (Special products of Bến Tre province).
Late lunch at a local restaurant in My Tho with Elephant eared fish specialty.
Back to Saigon around 4: 00 PM.
Car transfer you for sightseeing at Phu My Hung, the new city.
Enjoy a normal body massage before having dinner at a local restaurant.

| Day 5: Sai gon – Phan Thiet – Mui Ne |

Today, you will drive to Mui Ne via Phan Thiet Town.
Mui Ne is located 24 km north-east of the town of Phan Thiet. It is a fishing village as well as a familiar tourism area in Binh Thuan Province. It is found on Highway No. 706, and features sweeping sand dunes and beautiful rows of palm trees. The beach is shallow and sloped, the water is clean and blue and the sun rarely hides behind clouds.
08.20 The market tour will give you an insight not just into the scents and flavours of Vietnamese herbs and spices but also market culture - how to bargain and where to buy your goods. The market place is the core of Vietnamese society.
There are desolate and primeval beaches that have never witnessed human exploitation as well as imposing landscapes. There is also Doi Cat (Sand Hill), which has long been a creative subject of artistic photographs and paintings.
Departure at 8:00 AM.
Arrived Mui Ne around 12:30 PM.
Class ends around 12:00 AM
Check in Hotel then free at leisure.
Note: Car and guide will go back to Saigon.
