DA NANG - VIETNAM
Founded in 1888 , the
city is one of the country’s major ports for central Vietnam . Its
tropical climate has two clear seasons , rainy and dry , with an
average temperature of about 28 degrees . The area is home to a
variety of rare animal and plant species. Danang is also known for
its ancient Sa Huynh(Yellow Sand) cuture , a rich legacy of
traditional music and remains of the once-mighty Cham empire.

Cham Museum:
Located at the junction of Trung
Vuong street and Bach Dang road, the museum houses more than 300
sculptures from the area of the opulent Cham kingdom dating from
the 7th to the 15th centuries. |

Ba Na Mountain:
1.487 m high with a
slope of 25 - 35oC is situated 40 km west of Da Nang's city centre.
The plant life here is diverse and the forest is always thick and
green. The average temperature is 18oC - 26oC in the hot
season and 5oC - 20oC in the cold. |

Non Nuoc Beach:
This famous beach is located near Marble Mountain and stretches for 5 km from the Dien Ngoc Sea to
the south and Da Nang to the north.The beach slopes gently towards
the calm, clear blue ocean, the clarity of the water here attracts
people who come to swim and enjoy the seafood.The area is famous for
seaweed which is exported internationally. |

Marble Mountains:
The Marble Mountains known in Vietnamese as Ngu Hanh Son or Mountains of the Five Elements, consist
of five peaks: Thuy Son (water) which is the highest, Moc Son
(wood), Kim Son (metal), Tho Son (soil) and Hoa Son (fire). They
are located 12 km west of Da Nang.
