Today we will start our exploration of the Mekong Delta, a major rice producing area. This must be one of the most fascinating riverine deltas in the world. The Mekong splits into nine major arteries. A vast network of rivers and waterways with thousands of ships of all sizes plowing the waters give the Mekong Delta a very special atmosphere. Embark boat trip at Cai Be, sightseeing Cai Be floating Market, visit villages and meet the people of the Mekong Delta. Overnight homestay An Binh (Vinh Long).
Day 3: An Binh Island - Can Tho

In the morning embark on a one hour bicycle trip on An Binh Island. Continue to Vinh Long by boat. Lunch in Vinh Long. Drive to
Can Tho, the political and economic centre of the Mekong Delta. After arrival in
Can Tho, the rest of the day is free at leisure. Your hotel is conveniently located on Ninh Kieu Quay, close to restaurants.

Day 4: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City

This morning departure at 06:30 and bring you to the boat station for a boat trip to the floating markets of Cai Rang and Phong Dien. The car will pick you up at Phong Dien. Drive back to Can Tho for lunch. After lunch you will be driven to Ho Chi Minh City where you arrive in the late afternoon at your hotel.
