Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Sai Gon, you are welcomed and transferred to your Hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure to explore the largest city and industrial center of Viet Nam.

After breakfast you are treated to a ful-day excursion to the extraordinary Cu Chi Tunnels, just outside Ho Chi Minh City. During the war for independence, "Viet Cong" guerillas built the narrow tunnels virtually underneath U.S bases, using them to hide during bombing raids and to stage surprise attacks. En-route to Cu Chi, seasonally you will be able to see the rural people live and work. View occupations such as cashew nut farming, rice farming and production of rice paper - a key ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon for a half-day city tour to the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, China town, Binh Tay market and Thien Hau temple. Overnight in Saigon.

Following breakfast, depart from Sai Gon by road to Ben Tre and then embark by boat to cruise along the Tien River to the orchard garden on the island. Enjoy a soft walk in the tangle longan, garden, tasting tropical fruits grownin the region, boat along the green and empty creek and experience a horse cart ride. The tour takes you to a local family to visit their bee farm, and sip Vietnamese tea mixed with honey and lemons, enjoy the Mekong beauty and quietness when rowing the sampan through narrow water coconut – creek. The boat ride continues to Con Qui island for lunch. After lunch, travel by boat to visit family producing coconut candies, continues to My Tho and visit the Vinh Trang pagoda. Back to Saigon. Following breakfast, you are transferred to the airport for your morning flight to Hue. Check in hotel, then visit the elaborate tombs of Emperor Tu Duc and Khai Dinh. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Hue.

Today, your tour beings with a scenic boat cruise on the romantic Perfume River across the City of Hue, following with a visit to the seven-storey Thien Mu Pagoda along the riverbank. Then Minh Mang tomb. Today’s highlight includes an observation on how Vietnamese famous conical hats and colourful incense are made, you are welcome to have a "hands-on" lesson if you quick rest in the afternoon, your tour resumes again with a visit to the Imperial Citadel and Dong Ba market. Overnight in Hue.

In the morning, depart Hue for Hoi An. This is a three-hour scenic drive along the coast, through emerald-green paddy fields and over the spectacular Hai Van Mountain pass. Lunch with sea food at Lang Co Beach Resort. Visit Cham Museum in Da Nang on the way to Hoi An. Arrive Hoi an.
In the afternoon, visit Hoi An ancient town with merchants' houses, a Hokkien temple, the 400 year old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the colourful riverside market. You visit a workshop to see the making of Hoi An's famous lanterns. You might want to take a crash course to learn the skill and have chance to create your own lanterns. Dinner with special local food "Cao Lau" – "Banh Xep". Overnight in Hoi An.

Optional: You can take a boat trip on Thu Bon River to Thanh Ha pottery village, or take a bicycle trip to Cua Dai Beach, around 5km far from town.

Early in the morning, take a drive to Da Nang for a 8:55 flight to Ha Noi. Meet upon arrival at 10:05 in Ha Noi and transfer to hotel. Visit the Temple of Literature, the Fine Arts museum and the Lake of the Restored Sword. Around two hours on cyclo (the local vehicle) for Old quarter of Ha Noi. This evening, enjoy Vietnamese water puppet show. Overnight in Ha Noi.

Early morning drive to Ha Long. Upon arrival enjoy a five-hour morning cruise on Ha Long Bay. Fresh seafood lunch is served on board. On your way returning to Ha Noi, you stop at a local ceramic factory.

The morning is free at leisure explore the City or do some last minute shopping until your departure transfer to the airport. End of service.
