You can learn how to cook some popular dishes of Southern people as spring roll, Lotus salad with shrimp and meat…You will enjoy your fruit for this lunch. The afternoon trip will show you the real Saigon through the eyes of a local. Visit the bustling Cho Lon Market and a hidden Chinese pagoda. The Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office, City Hall. Overnight in Saigon.

8:00 pick up, depart for My Tho, sightseeing on route. Arrive My Tho City. Boat cruise on Mekong River through Thoi Son Island via small beautiful canals. You will walk along small village road to visit fruit gardens, elementary school, spirits distilling house, fish catching by tackle, and see the daily life of villagers.
Rowing boat cruise along wonderful canals to visit orchards and the house of local people. Enjoy some tropical fruits and traditional music show then boat cruise to Tortoise island to have lunch at local restaurant. More cruise on the Mekong river and visit a coconut candy workshop.

Free until time transferred to the Airport for the flight to Da Nang. Pick up and transfer to Hoi An.
In the afternoon, walking through Hoi An ancient town. The historic and cultural showroom of Hoi An, Japanese covered bridge, Phuc Kien assembly hall, traditional old Vietnamese houses. Overnight in Hoi An.

Drive to Hue, visit Cham Museum, Marble Mountain in Da Nang. Lunch with seafood at Lang Co Beach Resort. Arrive Hue, visit Tu Duc and Khai Dinh tombs. Overnight in Hue.

Breafast at hotel then head out on a car to visit the style garden house of Tinh Gia Vien and An Hien with Courtyards, Ngoc Son Princess' residence. Lunch break and we will take you to Phu Cam conical hat-making village and Phuong Duc bronze-casting village. Drive back to Hue at 4:30 PM.

In the morning, you will spend time for visiting the Citadel, the special feature for Vietnamese history and culture. Transfer to Phu Bai Airport for the flight to Ha Noi at 14:40, pick up at Noi Bai Airport and transfer to Ha Noi, check in Hotel. Rest of the day for free. Overnight in Ha Noi.

After one and a half hours drive, you will arrive Ninh Binh province. Visit Hoa Lu - the Ancient Capital and the two remaining temples of Dinh King and Le King. Have lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, take a spectacular bamboo boat trip among rice field to Tam Coc (actually caves), your boat will go through Hang Ca, Hang Hai, Hang Ba caves before driving back to Ha Noi.

After breakfast, do a city tour. You will know our legend/history about Hoan Kiem lake (the lake of the Restored Sword), our architectural and our way of with small street and its name (Old quarter), Tran Quoc pagoda and Quan Thanh temple. More Discover Hanoi with the visit to Van Mieu (our first national university), Ethnology Museum.
Your favorite cooking class be waiting for you at a local restaurant. Enjoy your dinner.

Our driver will pick you up around 8:00 AM for the join in trip to Ha Long Bay. Ha Long Bay, in the Gulf of Tonkin, includes some 1,600 islands and islets, forming a spectacular seascape of limestone pillars. In 1994 Ha Long Bay was declared a UNESCO World Heritage. After arrival you will board your vessel for your two days boat trip through Halong Bay. A seafood lunch will be served on board. This afternoon you will visit the Sung Sot cave ('Surprising Cave'). We moor at Ti Top Beach for a swim. Dinner and overnight on board.

Continue to visit Ha Long Bay. Back to shore around noon and have lunch before diving back to Ha Noi.
