Measuring 7,009 yards from the tips, the course is an uninterrupted string of inventive, demanding golf holes. The course underwent a multi-million dollar re-development in 1994, re-opening amid much anticipation. Its long list of awards speaks to its pedigree and our team of internationally trained and experienced Golf Professionals ensure a course of world standard at the forefront of the industry. The course is superbly located in Dalat in central Vietnam, a short half hour flight from Ho Chi Minh City or 1.5 hours from Hanoi, and is affectionately known as ‘Petit Paris’. The course makes full use of its mountainous setting and cooler climate with breathtaking views of famous Xuan Huong Lake nestled amongst French inspired architecture. Our Club House sets the scene for the entire course, built in 1956 and restored to its former beauty. It houses a fully equipped pro-shop, locker rooms and international standard restaurant. Dalat is a treasure trove of colonial French charm, and the grounds of the Dalat Palace Golf Club are no exception. Like a beacon from another era, the vintage, Tudor-style clubhouse has commanded the high-ground of the course since the end of colonial rule in the 1950s.
Fully restored in the 1990s, the clubhouse merges the charm of yesteryear and today’s modern conveniences, with a fully equipped proshop, a restaurant, an outdoor patio, wifi access and a charming, original fireplace. East meets West at the club’s restaurant where hearty Western and Asian fare is creatively interpreted by an inspired kitchen.
